Hi, I’m Chris
I’m a UX and product design leader with 16 years of experience, currently setting the design direction for funder products at Bonterra, helping funders and nonprofits do more good with less friction.
As a design leader, my purpose is to build an environment where design can thrive, along with the teams who make that happen.
I specialise in product design, UX and UI, and service design, and I’m passionate about building high-performing design teams and growing the role of design within an organization. Providing advocacy in order to help develop a team that knows they are being represented and supported as required

Fostering a strong design culture, and an environment where relationships are built outside of design. Establishing design as an important, and necessary partner
BALANCE
Striking autonomy v. collaboration balance. Creating an opportunity for designers to have the level of independence they crave, while understanding the importance of strong partnerships
DESIGN SYSTEMS
Developing, enhancing, and applying Design Patterns & Systems across the various products, and platforms to create consistent experiences
